In short it’s about enjoying the simple pleasures in life.

HYGGE In The Early Years by Kimberley Smith published in December 2017. We can’t forget our little ones especially during the very demanding early years. This book is about HYGGE in the early years The Danish approach to life that focuses on living in the moment and enjoying every minute. It’s not about having to buy new things but simply taking the time to enjoy the special every day moments we have. 1. Ooo these sound good! I love the whole hygge vibe, much more so since chronic illness as I’ve come to appreciate the joy of comfort and being at home so much more. Thanks for the recommendations! xx
